Beyond Bubble Baths: From Self Love to Self Care

Family caregiving can be one of the most rewarding times in a person’s life. It also comes at a great personal cost. The very nature of family caregiving leads caregivers to unknowingly be impacted by the slow building stress that happens over time. Caregiver burnout is the drastic end result of caregivers giving so much to others at the expense of their own needs.

In this session Lorna reveals the key to making self-care easy. Taking the audience through their own self-discovery journey, Lorna guides them to finding the missing pieces of their happiness, peace and contentment. This session helps the audience understand more about filling up their own cup first so they learn the important first steps to being a healthy and happy family caregiver.
